APCD Warranty Section

THE PROCEDURE FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS AS FOLLOWS:

    • Complete the Return Authority Request Form.
    • On approval, a Return Authority (RA) Number will be issued to you via return email provided that the item(s) to be returned are:
      • WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD
      • HAVE BEEN PURCHASED FROM APCD PTY LTD
      • APPROVED FOR RETURN
    • Returned item(s) must be shipped in original shipping box if possible, otherwise please ensure that the item(s) are adequately padded and boxed so the item(s) do not get damaged.
    • Remember, most item(s) are repairable, we request that all care is taken in shipping the item(s) back to APCD.
    • Item(s)  must be shipped to APCD within 5 working days of the RA number being issued.
    • All item(s) sold through APCD are sold with a “Return to Base Warranty”. Customers are responsible for freight costs to APCD and we cannot accept any deliveries with ‘freight collect’.
    • Return freight of repaired or replaced item(s) will be paid for by APCD.
    • A service charge will be payable if the returned item(s):
      • Are not faulty.
      • Are not within the warranty period.
      • Were not purchased from APCD
    • ALL ITEM(S) must be returned together with a
      • COPY OF THE RA FORM
      • COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE

    Note: WITHOUT THESE 2 ITEM(S), YOUR RA CANNOT BE PROCESSED.

    • Return item(s) and all paperwork to:

  • APCD will process Warranty Claims as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability. Follow up enquires regarding the warranty claim should be directed to your Sales Representative, quoting the RA number on telephone (02) 8863 6666.
