THE PROCEDURE FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS AS FOLLOWS:
- 1. Complete a Return Authority Request Form as supplied. Please attach proof of purchase, eg: invoice. Fax or email the completed form with the proof of purchase to:

- A Return Authority Number will be issued to you via return fax or email provided that the item(s) to be returned are:
- WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD
- SUBSTANTIATED WITH THE PROOF OF PURCHASE
- Returned item(s) must be shipped in original shipping box if possible, otherwise please ensure that the item(s) are adequately padded and boxed so the goods do not get damaged. Remember, most goods are repairable, APCD requests that all care is taken to ship the goods back to APCD. Goods must be shipped to APCD within 5 working days.
- The RA Number must be clearly marked on each box.
- If RA Number is not marked on the boxes, the products(s) will not be accepted by APCD
- The items being returned to APCD must be accompanied by copies of
- Return Authority Sheet
- Proof of Purchase
- All goods sold through APCD are sold with a “Return to Base Warranty”. You are to pay for the freight to APCD, we will not accept any freight which has “Charge Receiver”. We will then ship goods back to you where we pay for the freight on the condition that the foods were faulty.
- If the goods were not faulty, or not under warranty, or not supplied by APCD, we will not pay for the freight back to you. We will also charge you a service fee of $80 per hour.
